The participation in Go365 has been outstanding! There were 62% of employees who received silver status while 34% earned gold status and above. This will buy down the premium increase beginning January 1, 2019 by 6%. The District will continue to contribute $581.30 per month for each eligible employee. Four plan options will be available at varying costs, including two high deductible plans with no employee cost and an HSA contribution, and two PPO options with some employee contribution required.
